He is a communication engineer, currently working with Sasken Communication Technologies, India, in the area of 3G wireless. He obtained his ME in Telecommunication Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, in Jan'2000. Prior to that, he had been working as a VLSI Design Engineer with IBM Global Services, India till July'1998. He obtained his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Calicut Regional Engineering College in June'1997.

His interests are Wireless Networking/Protocols. Anyone interested in looking at his Resume? You will find a few useful links related to networking here. He takes this opportunity to introduce his Professor at IISc, Dr.A.Chockalingam, to you. His ME thesis is related to wireless protocols, specifically, design and analysis of energy conscious protocols for wireless networks. Here is a list of his publications.

He believes, his gretest asset in his life is his family. Soni got Nelin's right hand in his on 7^th Feb 2000. And, they both got one tiny hand each in theirs on 12^th June 2002. She is called Theresa, and here are a few of her snaps.

His father Mathias Xavier and mother Thresiamma Antony are school teachers. Elder brother Sibi is working with South Indian Bank Ltd. as Industrial Officer. His sister-in-law, Simi, is a graduate in mathematics, and a diploma holder in computer applications. His elder sister Sini is an Ayurveda Doctor. She is married to Dr. George Joseph, both presently working with Arya Vaidya Nilayam, Madurai, Tamilnadu. They obtained BAMS, Bachelor in Ayurveda Medicine and Surgeory, the recognised degree course of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is other way known as the Indian System of Medicine. Those who are interested to know more about Ayurveda may find something valuable here. His house is in a beautiful villege called Koodathai, where he had his schooling till 10th standard. He passed SSLC (10th standard) with 18th rank in Kerala. After doing Pre-Degree in St:Joseph's College, Calicut he got selected to Regional Engineering College, Calicut with 34^th rank in the Kerala Engineering Entrance Exam. He passed his BTech in Aug'1997, with second rank in the university.
